Training
Training is a key fundamental to any implementation. Not dedicating the correct resources to this area will mean you will not recognize the potential of the software or your staff. We customize a training plan for each implementation to make sure you gain the necessary experience and confidence to properly utilize your new system. Also, training should not stop once implementation is complete, we provide follow-up classes that enable you staff to grow with your organizations requirements.

Ongoing Support
After implementation you want to know that you have an available resource that will be able to answer your questions. With our experienced consultants, we will make sure that your system continues to meet your business requirements. Part of the support component includes regular communications to our user’s via quarterly newsletters, specific email notifications and user group meetings.

Customization
MAS 90 software and MAS 200 software have an outstanding suite of Productivity Tools with which you can tailor screens and reports to meet the specific company requirements. However, if you don’t have the time or resources to perform your own customization, we will utilize the Custom Office module, Crystal Reports, Visual Integration and other ODBC compliant tools to help you get more out of your system.

Timely, accurate and relevant reporting is one of the key business requirements, Crystal reports, which comes standard with MAS 90 and MAS 200 software, enables users to develop organization specific reports. Howard & Company offers training and report development on Crystal to ensure that clients are able to obtain maximum benefit from this tool.
