2010 may be a great year to die! Just kidding of course. But there currently exists a Bush-era tax act that has repealed the federal estate (death) tax for 2010. However don't pull the life support plug just yet. Look for the estate tax to be re-instated sometime during the year...retroactive to January 1st.
